A large part of this lot is virtually the entire working accumulation of Richard Maisel, who formed the greatest collection of Cayman Islands, it is noteworthy for the many multiples, incl. numerous position pieces, some varieties and an excellent range of cancels for each issue, in addition to the working accumulation (which the consignor paid $7,000.00 in the 2007 Maisel sale), there is a stockbook which better items were added, largely Fine-Very Fine, an outstanding balance that should prove useful to the specialist
