1006 c India First Issue Postal History Balance. 85 covers attractively laid out, mounted and described on printed pages, with each of the values incl. the 2a Green Typograph Issue, each cover identified by the different dies and for the 4a by printing, head and frame dies, -1/2a accounts for 56 covers mostly to local destinations and with a couple pairs on cover, we notice a fair number of examples with large margins all around, eight 1a covers incl. one with three 1a singles and a combination of six -1/2a stamps to England, eight 2a covers with three as combinations with either 1a or 4a stamps, most going to England and even one to Burma, and a total of thirteen 4a covers, mostly cut-to-shape but a couple with cut squares, some better usages incl. a Third Printing (SG 21b), destinations mostly to Europe but one to Canton, China, eight B.P.A. or R.P.S. certificates accompany, mixed condition throughout but much being Fine or better, worth close inspection
