Handstamped "Postage Due" on Nos. 22, 29 and 30 , 1c in upper and lower case, other two in upper case, unused, former with original gum, also incl. No. 29 and two No. 30 with different "T" handstamps, Fine-Very Fine, these Postage Due forerunners were used by Postmaster Bliss at San Pedro for handling of West Indian mail, which was usually sent unpaid to workers on the Panama Canal (Image)
