974   1862-71, First Issue Revenues, Collection Balance. Substantial collection of singles, pairs and some blocks mounted on album pages, imperfs, part perfs and perforated issues, high degree of completion less the most valuable issues, the stamps present which catalog more than $1,000.00 have been checked and most determined to be fakes (including virtually all the better part perforated), still many genuine stamps cataloging in the hundreds of dollars and a couple genuine more than $1,000.00 remain incl. Nos. R31c, R37a and R102c, mixed condition with flaws to be expected on the better stamps, still much useful material present, we have indicated on the pages our opinion if a stamp cataloging more than $1,000.00 is fake, Scott Retail counting only the good stamps well over $15,000.00
