EXTREMELY FINE. AN OUTSTANDING AND EXCEEDINGLY RARE PLATE NUMBER BLOCK OF THE $1.00 1902 ISSUE.

Lewis Kaufman records only seven plate blocks for the $1.00 1902 Issue, including six from the top position and this example from the bottom. This is one of the best-centered and choicest plate blocks of the few extant.
