Single (just in at top and touched at bottom) tied on cover along with cancelled singles of 1857-59, 1p Blue (3a; SG 2a) and 2p Deep Green (4; SG 3) by oval bars to Yorkshire, England, "via Marseilles" directive and London Paid marking, "Colombo Steamer Letter, Ap 9, 1858" datestamp and arrival backstamps
