3016   Worldwide Old-time 19th Century Collection. On Scott album pages in three binders, covers the whole world A-Z (no U.S. or China), contains both unused and used stamps, well-filled throughout, there are many high cataloging stamps, as well as some unused sets in the later period, on the downside there are some reprints and forgeries present, and many of the pages came from a different album and are loose, therefore the overall presentation is messy, but the upside is there are plenty of scarce and valuable stamps to be found, we encourage careful inspection and evaluation, as our estimate on this type of collection has historically been too conservative
