Special Delivery Postal History Collection. Many hundreds in binders or loose, with commercial uses of every Special Delivery stamp from No. E1 right up to No. E23, as well as Nos. CE1-CE2, value in the earliest, with at least 24 each of Nos. E1-E3, also no less than sixteen of No. E7, which is the most difficult of all Special Delivery stamps to find commercially used, the later issues contain a small number of philatelic covers, also of note is No. E10 tied on piece by Rome, N.Y., Nov. 4, 1916 postmark, which is the earliest document use, plus a few Special Delivery covers without Special Delivery stamps, typical mixed condition, a nice basis on which to build
