3797   China Collection and Accumulation. Offered intact as received, the collection portion is in seven Scott Specialty albums (some of which duplicate others), from the earliest Dragons to issues past the year 2000 for Taiwan and P.R.C., the early issues are mainly used and fairly well filled, with some unused such as two examples of the large 4c Red Revenue, later issues mixed mint or used, the early issues of Taiwan and P.R.C. are often used, and incl. key items such as P.R.C. No. 628 souvenir sheet, the later modern sets and souvenir sheets are Mint N.H., in addition to these albums, there are stockbooks and loose material in a small box, this part of the lot actually contains a large percentage of the value, incl. many better mint N.H. P.R.C. items, with Cultural Revolution period sets and later souvenir sheets in useful quantities, the 1980 Monkey stamp is represented by five singles, two blocks of four and a first day cover, better early Taiwan souvenir sheets such as five No. 1091a and two No. 1095a (all in folders), plus there are some earlier items and some elusive stamps, incl. Sinkiang No. C3 original gum with B.P.A. certificate and Tsingtau Province No. 4 used block of eight with P.F. certificate, the vast majority is in Fine-Very Fine condition, an outstanding and valuable lot of this popular area
