Brilliant color on bright paper, wide and balanced margins, neat slogan machine cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, this issue went thru the rotary perforator in one direction as part of the production for coil issues but was then perforated 11 in the other direction a flat plate perforating machine, this combination of different perforating machines makes this issue extremely difficult issue to obtain with such wide margins and choice centering (Image)
