Used with strip of four 2c Shield (319), tied by four strikes of New York registry oval on Jul. 6, 1904 cover to Ostra Yttermark, Finland, addressed to "Finland Russia," (Finland was an autonomous Grand Duchy within the Russian Empire until 1917), New York Registry label and "Station - O" boxed handstamp, back with New York registry markings and Yttermark receiving datestamp, cover with overall soiling and 10c stamp with perf flaw at top, still Fine appearing cover to a very unusual destination, correctly paying double the 5c UPU rate plus the 8c registry fee (Image)
