EXTREMELY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS 1866 QUARTER-BARREL FIRST ISSUE BEER STAMP ON SILK PAPER IS REPORTEDLY UNIQUE. ONE OF THE GREAT RARITIES OF THE ISSUE.

This stamp, with easily discernible silk paper, large margins, a clear handstamp cancel and no obviously visible flaws, is one of the great rarities of the First Issue Beers. (Image)
