Horizontal pair, Position 49-50L2L, long sawtooth perforations at bottom and s.e. other sides including huge interpane margin at right with centerline, "Washington D.C. Dec. 11" circular datestamp, tiny tear at top left not noted on certificate, Very Fine, very little is known about this private perforation, it was originally part of a horizontal strip of four, illustrated in The Chronicle(May 1975, p. 80), ex Alexander and Lakeshore, with 2002 P.F. certificate declining opinion (Image)
