VERY FINE APPEARING EXAMPLE OF THIS HIGH-VALUE WINE STAMP. SCARCE IN SUCH WONDERFUL CONDITION.

This issue, when found at all, normally comes with either a perfin cancel or is seriously defective. The example offered here is a condition rarity.
