From the accumulation on a stamp collector's desk, with many Farley souvenir sheets, a small group of album pages containing mint stamps between 1901 & 1940, a box of used modern commemoratives and many stamps that were uncancelled (but ungummed), some Airmail and Overrun Countries plate blocks and some stock cards and loose stamps including massive quantities of Washington Bicentennials, Farlies, 3¢ Commemoratives plus two red boxes full of "102" cards with many lovely VF and XF stamps plus a matching glassine box of plate blocks, some stamps have accompanying PSE certificates that were clearly intended for a grading project that never quite happened, plus three boxes of unused dealer tear sheets for counter books and 90 mini star black approval sheets for stock books that were never put into use, take a little time to browse and hopefully you can continue the project this collector was never able to get around to, generally Fine to Very Fine appearance.
