1383 360 image1909, 4¢ orange brown, bluish paper (Scott 360), o.g., lightly hinged, spectacular top quality example of this incredibly rare 4 cent Bluish Paper; a handsome wide margined example with gleaming rich color and finely detailed impression; as this stamp is almost always found off centered, finding one like this is a remarkable accomplishment; we cannot recall ever offering a finer example of this stamp; PSE's population report lists only two other examples grading higher than the VF-80 that this stamp received from the Philatelic Foundation; deserving placement in a collection of distinction, Very Fine, approximately 80 examples are known to exist, with 2013 P.F. certificate graded VF 80.
