Small mounted collection of one mint and 17 used entires with printed franks, several varieties of indicia and franks, including one frank re-rated from 15c to 10c, and an excellent range of markings, with all but two being internal usages (the two are to San Francisco); the mint entire is a U.S. 5¢ Garfield with a Mexican frank; virtually all clean and F-VF.
