90 39 image1912, 2c vermilion & black (Scott 39), top margin block of 4 with trace of inscription along the top edge, the top pair of the block shows a large opened paper fold which separates the vignette and the overprint proving that the frame was printed first (in this case) and the vignette printed afterward, tropicalized o.g., possibly unique as this is the only example mentioned in Canal Zone Stamps; it is illustrated on page 92 of the book.
