Appears to be made up of inexpensive used stamps with an occasional mint stamp seen. Well over 5,000 stamps are with Scott numbers, and values on the pages or cards. With some work this would be a good start for a worldwide collector to fill empty spaces in their albums, Fine to Very Fine.
