Powerful collection on Scott Specialty album pages; earlies are mostly used including #1-2, 7, 9 & 17, but also including some decent unused, like 15, 22, 23, 29-32, 38-41, 55, 61, 108 & 137; later issues, from about 1923, are mint and quite complete, including 226 (damaged, but stamps never hinged), 241 (used), 247, 247A, 248-252, 254A (never hinged!) and virtually complete from #255 through 1978; earlies are the usual mixed quality, but include a good number of Fine or better; later material is virtually all Fine to Very Fine with some nice never hinged surprises before becoming all never hinged beginning in 1962. Mixed mint and used collection on specialized album pages; the value is mainly in the mint, which includes #54, 59, 61, 64, 66, 70, 79-82, 84, 93, 94, 101, 102, 107, 119, 126, 142, etc.; and these all have o.g.; there are others without gum and there many good used stamps as well; condition is a little mixed early, but well above average, with most of the preceding highlights suffering from no more than heavy hinging; the later issues are virtually all Fine to Very Fine. A great lot and definitely worth a careful inspection.
