301 /o/   Egypt, 1925-1955, specialized two volume commemorative collection, lovely and very extensive old-time collection keenly assembled by issue from the first commemorative series to the mid-1950's. Assembled in the fashion of the day to include duplicated singles for shades, blocks of 4 and control number blocks, early FDC's including Scott 224, other covers for exhibition cancels etc. In addition, lots of little varieties are present, many of which now are listed in the Nile Post catalogue. A wonderful treatment of the first 30 years of Egyptian commemorative issues, Very Fine, inspection advised to fully appreciate.
