We’ve also been busy finalizing our next public unreserved auction sale, to be held in the last week of September, and here it is. Consignments for this sale came in from dozens of different owners and estates, and the 1600+ lots represent stamps and covers from the four corners of the world. Cartons kept arriving by the dozens, and our lotting staff struggled to keep up but finally succeeded in getting everything done. There are also Topicals, covers, better China, a good showing of USA stamps and covers, etc., and all sections contain many better individual items and sets. You will notice in your printed catalogue that certain lots have been designated ‘photo online’. This will be the final auction to be held here at 6075 Yonge St, a location which has served us well for the past 15 years. On September 30th, our offices and auction gallery are moving to a larger and much more accessible location which will help us better attend to our customers’ needs. As always, all bidding on this auction will continue to be accepted by telephone (our phone number is the same), by email or on-line. Please note that if you were successful in obtaining lots in this auction your lots will be shipped to you as usual. Alan E. Cohen - Internet Mail Auction - September 11, 2017 Welcome to my Internet Mail Auction of United States stamps. The auction offers a wide range of both mint and used stamps. You will find items from both the 19th and 20th centuries along with back-of-the-book material. One of the factors that makes this auction different from the public auctions you usually see is the fact that I am offering material that is more moderate in its value along with more highly priced stamps. It is not often that you get to bid on stamps at this level of value. This auction offers a wide range of both mint and used stamps of the United States.

    • 19th century stamps: 1851 through the 1898 Trans-Mississippi Issue
    • 20th century stamps: 1901 Issue through the Liberty Series
    • Back-of-the-book stamps: Including Air Mails, Special Deliveries, Postage Dues, Offices in China, Parcel Posts and over 30 lots of Duck Stamp plate number singles
