814 CVR   imageGroup of Interesting Letters Written Home by Canadian Soldiers Overseas During World War One, with 18 covers with letter enclosures, the covers being a mix of Y.M.C.A., On Active Service, or regular envelopes, with better postmark interest as well as censorship tapes and handstamps. One of these was written by a soldier in Willows Camp, BC to his mother in 1918. The lot also includes another 20 letters (without envelopes). A most fascinating lot to read through, not only for the military postal historian, but by any collector. Many are still priced by a dealer in the range of $20 to $40 per item, up to $70.
