1647 og/nh   imageAccumulation of Mint Sheets, Souvenir Sheets, Booklets, and Sealed Plate Block Packs, 1950s to 2010s, along with loose stamps, packages from annual, quarterly and semi-annual Canada Post packs. These appear to be gathered from several collections of accumulations and there is duplication throughout. The face value of all stamps was counted by the owner and totals $4,724. On quick review, we noted strength in the 30c to 47c eras along with higher denominations from $1 to $5. There has been some sorting into glassines by denomination. This very clean lot also includes a bag with several hundred off paper used Canada from the 1890s to early 2000s, these not included in the face value. Ideal for the postage user or reseller or for a collector looking to fill gaps in a modern collection. Our photos show only some of the contents. (Scan 1) (Scan 2) (All Scans)

Albania
LotNo. Symbol Cat No. Lot Description
1657 O/og/nh   imageExtensive Mostly Mint Collection, 1913 to 1996, the main collection is displayed in two stockbooks, and includes most complete sets in mint, sometimes mint and used and sometimes mixed, with some sets being duplicated, sometimes up to three. From 1950 and on, there is usually a mint and a CTO of each issue. The collection holds a great many $50 to $100 or more sets, too many to list, but our online photos will give a good idea. We lotted the first issues in the singles and sets part of this catalogue, and the rest of the collection is intact, as received. We catalogued all issues, including the back of the book only up to 1960 and it comes to $7,445 ($2,247 is back of the book). After 1960, we assume the collection is complete, including souvenir sheets and many imperforates, up to 1996 (and should add a few thousand dollars more to the c.v.). Also not counted in the catalogue value is a stockbook filled with another collection, as well as a collection in a Minkus album (1920s to 1967) and Scott Specialty (1960-65). Also includes 10 covers from 1932 to 1938 mailed to various countries, incl. diplomatic mail, all sold to the owner by George Wegg in 1993 for $150 (some of the covers are ex. Allan Steinhart).
