1866 24c Blue Queen Victoria, on Thin Crisp Paper, a mint upper left corner plate block of 25, with full original gum. Four stamps are lightly hinged, rest are never hinged. The block shows a full plate inscription in margin at left of stamp 21 and at top of stamp 3. There is slight natural gum residue affecting a few stamps at top and there is a tiny tear in the margin at top, else an overall fine block which is rarely seen. Catalogue value is conservative, for 25 singles only, with no premium for the two plate blocks.
