The only missing stamps were lotted separately, and there are no "VICTORY" overprinted stamps, although the one that is present is O43, but since it does not have a certificate we have not counted its $1,750 catalogue value in the total. Comes with a 1987 APS certificate for #212. A very clean and fresh collection, with bright colours throughout, with a mix of hinged, lightly hinged and never hinged, overall fine to very fine and all scanned online.
