rose Queen Victoria, Imperforate, used with light blue cancel underneath a star shaped cork cancel (likely applied in San Francisco). Large margin at top showing the next stamp, clear to large at sides and cut into at bottom. Small thin at bottom
left. Accompanied by a confusing 1989 Greene Foundation certificate stating in part "Scott No. 3, probably used, genuine but thinned, cork cancellation is not known from British Columbia and the blue cancellation underneath the cork cancellation is

bright red Surcharge on Cover, mailed from Victoria (c.d.s. dated JUN.26) and addressed to Victoria, this yellow cover is franked with the rare perforated 12½ surcharged issue, well tied. Crease at top of cover, tears on backflap (which has an
embossed Star of David), and crease in middle of cover, ending in an internal tear, still very few covers exist. A rare franking, unpriced in Unitrade and ex. Dale-Lichtenstein collection. Accompanied by a 2004 Philatelic Foundation certificate
