Never Hinged but after several decades of storage, the curling glassines need some care. However, nothing appears to be struck so probably 2/3rd are OK as NH and perhaps a third has some light gum disturbance. The NH sell at 2-3x the catalog values quoted, as Scott only quotes hinged prices.
