'"EARLY ROMANIA MINT HOARD nearly all from 1906/19, and heavily concentrated in Prince Carol 1 issues of 1906 (#176-85 and #186-195). Never Hinged but after several decades of storage, the curling glassines need some care. However, nothing appears to
