1744   image1633-82, 1976 13c State Flags, a unique set of hand-painted cacheted covers (2 for each state) with the appropriate state flag stamp, a design tailored to the individual state plus a previously issued stamp commemorating the state or a prominent figure thereof (tied by same-day cancel of the state's capital) and capped off with the signature of the governor at the time in addition are two hand-painted cacheted oversized covers with the 50 singles tied by the date of issue cancel and each signed by Pres. Gerald Ford, covers are unaddressed and among the more prominent Governor signatures are Michael Dukakis (Mass.), George Wallace (Ala), Jerry Brown (Cal; signed one cover, refused to sign the other), etc., Very Fine and, dare-to-say, impossible to duplicate.
