Both the postal history and the multiple are postal forgeries from 1883/1888 10cts brown ,Alfonso XII imperforate imitating what became Scott #127. The cover an exceptional item, roughly cut imperf, probably to deceive the authorities and the block of 16, used as a forgery for revenue purposes is also of exhibition standard, the cover being an excellent exampkle of one that got through.
