(couple with natural gum skips), hinged in the ungummed portion of the sheet selvage, with some sensible reinforcement of a few separated perforations at the top of the sheet selvage, extremely fine overall; the best centered full top example of this plate block to come on the market in years; 1977 PF certificate.
