465 O 217A image#217A, 10c Brown, Ty. II, an amazingly well centered used example of this scarcer type, it also has a vertical watermark which is not differentiated from the horiz. watermark as it is in the basic unoverprinted stamp, margins are large and balanced all around with full even perforations, fresh color and detailed impression, extremely fine and exceedingly choice; accompanied by 2013 PSE certificate (XF-Superb 95); SMQ does not assign values to the Bureau issues of the Philippines but by comparison the more common unoverprinted 10c Ty. II only catalogs $6.00 in Scott and yet has an SMQ in this grade at $300.00; certainly this is a rare stamp in this exalted grade and it would certainly be a challenge to find its equal.
