This most remarkable strip is illustrated in Neinken and described in detail on pages 224-225. Neinken calls it "...a beautiful and extremely rare piece, perhaps the most valuable strip of surface cracks from this plate." In our opinion, it is the finest used multiple extant from plate 3. Last offered on the auction market over 25 years ago in the 1985 "Rarities of the World Sale" conducted by Robert A. Siegel Auction Galleries, Inc. (Image)
