Writing in German, the Jewish student Jakov Schpitz (Yakov Shpits) seeks a visa so that he can travel to Yalta in separately-administered Crimea to resume his university studies. 3357 1918 (Aug 29): Complete Parcel card, bearing on front and reverse a multiple franking with 89x 10 k. & 18x 15 k. Arms in multiples tied by "OTSHERETINO EKAT." cds, sent to Semenovka.
