JUDAICA. 1918 (August): Registered Kerensky stationery card uprated with five adhesives to the UNR tariff of 35 kopeks sent from Brailov Podolia to the Austro-Hungarian command in Vinnitsa with a receiving mark of the Kommandatur. Writing in German, the Jewish student Jakov Schpitz (Yakov Shpits) seeks a visa so that he can travel to Yalta in separately-administered Crimea to resume his university studies.
