4409 imageRevenue 1892: De La Rue Appendix sheet dated "Aug 8th 1892" at top in manuscript, bearing nine Imperforate Essays of the "Revenue / Revenue" Keyplate (the design was eventually used in Seychelles in 1915, Barefoot records just a 4 c. value), with four values in dull purple and five in dull green, with countrey legend "SEYCHELLES" hand-painted on each and Duty Plates also hand-painted on all values.
