York', franked with a 10¢ dull rose and a 20¢ vermilion Widow Weeds (paying the 30¢ UPU rate for up to 3oz.) tied by Cobourg 16 DE cds, and the policy was then FORWARDED (339 days later) via Kingston 17 DE to Congleton, ENGLAND and received 28 DE, some cover folds/bends also affecting stamps, a UNIQUE SMALL QUEEN DELAYED & FORWARDED MAIL COVER>Q.
