1711   Newspapers & Periodicals Collection. Approximately 150 items neatly arranged on stock book pages, about half are proofs (some fraudulently thinned down and perforated to resemble stamps), a lone "Specimen" No. PR66SD, an 1865 10c forgery, and about six different types of "Facsimiles" (three with "town" cancels), stamps include No. PR5, 1875 with values to $6.00 unused or used with some duplication, 1879 with complete dollar values less the $9.00 (extra $48.00), also scarce 72c, 1885 96c with original gum, several what are purported to be 1894 First Bureaus (not counted as such), 1895 Unwatermarked with 1c-50c complete plus $5.00 and $100.00 (10c-50c original gum, last two high values used) and a set of the 1895-97 Watermarked, condition is very mixed, still there is considerable value in Fine or better, or Fine-Very Fine appearing with a number of very scarce items included

Strong range of unused and used stamps on album pages, including 12 of the large format issues, range of 1875 Issue with a couple represented by American printings, 1879 Issue to $60.00, 1885 Issue complete, 1895 Watermarked Issue complete in singles and blocks of four, the blocks are Mint N.H. but a few (including $60.00) have some gum loss, mixed condition and some proofs and misidentified items are not counted, many are Fine-Very Fine or appears so, Scott Retail probably exceeds $35,000.00
