Double-circle datestamp with integral rate and advertisement for Zevely's handstamping devices, partly clear strike in red on folded cover to Portland Me., manuscript "Paid", Very Fine, this unusual marking is also recorded with a 5c rate, it is much rarer than the Zevely printed and handstamped markings applied at the Pleasant Grove post office, ex Hahn, with 2014 P.F. certificate (Image)
