Complete set of all four of the 1c stamps from the 2nd Printing that come with small dotted "i", including Agriculture, Executive, Justice and State, without gum as issued, bright colors, Fine and scarce, these varieties come only from the 2nd Printing on ribbed paper, they are found on Positions 7 and 26, No. O10Sb with 1974 P.F. certificate (Image)
