Balance of a High Quality Unused 20th Century Collection. 1903-1929, neatly housed in mounts in a Scott album, with Commemorative and Regular Issues, plus Back-of-Book such as Air Posts, Special Deliveries, Postage Dues, Offices in China and Parcel Posts, much of the value in Washington-Franklin Heads (incl. coils), but also value in the 1922-1929 era, nearly all stamps were purchased one-at-a-time at auction or retail, with the collector's focus on well-centered, fresh and attractive stamps, all will grade at least Very Fine and a high percentage Extremely Fine, all but a handful Mint N.H., this would be the perfect basis for someone wanting to start a collection of United States stamps in choice Mint N.H. condition, an impressive 50 certificates (mostly P.F.) accompany
