3238 cover 300 image1903, 1¢ blue green (Scott 300), bottom margin plate number 3795, a nicely centered and sound stamp, tied to multicolor Asian-themed Valentine card by double four-bar cancel of Roaring Branch, PA (Feb. 13, 1908), the card addressed to Canton, PA, with same-day receiver, Very Fine and unique.


While this plate was recorded as having gone to press, this is the only known example of this plate number in any form that has been discovered. Imaged in Durland. (Image)
