After that, there strong sections of Offices Abroad, Lombardy-Venetia (include an unused #2a with no gum and a light crease, Scott $6,000, Bosnia & Herzegovina (many used), and 1918 Italian Occupation of Venezia-Giuila (Scott $5,200 and mostly unsigned). As for condition, the used 19th century is generally Fine, while the mint is just about all clean and F-VF throughout, with NH beginning in 1966. An excellent lot.

Virtually intact collection in 4 Scott Specialty albums; the Belgium is mostly used to 1866, including paper varieties of #6-8 and some duplication in the form of extra pages inserted into the album; then mostly mint from there onward, becoming all mint (with many used duplicates) in 1893; highlights include (mint unless noted) #23, 33, 35, 37, 47, 39a (used, expertly repaired,VF appearance, with a 2010 Michaux certificate noting only "adherences"), 60-74, then the Regular Issues & Commemoratives are virtually complete with some duplication, most of it used; the Semi-Postals appear to be complete except for the 1933 Orval Abbey set, B513a, and B605; the Officials are complete MNH O1-96 plus shades, while the Parcel Posts are nearly complete from 1922 onward. Also included are issues for the Belgian Occupation of Eupen & Malmedy (complete mint), a few sets of World War II Belgian Legion locals, and a nice, fairly complete collection of Belgian Congo (Scott $2,500), including used #11 & Q6. All-in-all, an exceptional collection, generally F-VF throughout, NH beginning about 1960 (the hinged material in the NH period was counted at 50%), with many earlier NH surprises, like B521-522, Q176-179, Q181-183, Q341 & Q343-387.

Collection balance in 4 Scott Specialty albums; starts with the 1872-1900 Issues complete used (2kr Large Shield is unused); then, from the 1900 Germanias, the collection is just about complete mint, missing only the Vineta provisional, the 3m watermarked Circles, the 1¼m watermarked Quatrefoils, and the three best Semi-Postal souvenir sheets; also included are issues for the French Zone, the Soviet Zone, West Berlin and the German Democratic Republic, with all but the Soviet Zone being complete for the period, as well as the 1919-21 Belgian Occupation issues complete and five different World War II Feldpost/Inselpost issues (Mi. €3030). As for condition, the early used issues are a bit mixed, but virtually everything else is clean and F-VF, with NH beginning in the early 1960s. Overall, a tremendous lot.

About 125 different stamps, including Lombardy-Venetia, on Scott Specialty album pages; condition is a little mixed, but much better than average, with lots of $100-and-up stamps in Fine or better condition, a good number of them signed—there is also a used Lombardy-Venetia P3 (Scott $5,500), little to no margin and repaired tear, but fairly attractive with a 2006 Raybaudi certificate as "defective". If you're interested in Italian States, this one's definitely worth a look.
