402 327 image[Parcel Wrapper] 1904, 10¢ Louisiana Purchase (Scott 327), horizontal pair tied by St. Louis Mo. double ovals on part of a wrapper with a full World's Fair parcel label handstamped "Ceylon Govt. Pavilion" and addressed to the Manager of the Tea Dept. at the Fowler, Dick & Walker Department Store in Evansville, Ind.; trimmed neatly for display to an overall size of about 5½"x6", Very Fine.
