Co. mailing label; each label is attached to part of a parcel wrapper, the parcels having been sent by registered mail to, respectively, Toledo, O., Pittsburgh, Pa. and Youngstown, O.; each has been cut/folded to approximately cover size and has an April 19 "Washington D.C., Reg. Sec." c.d.s. on the "back", the $1.30, which was also sent Special Delivery, also has Martinsburg, Wilkinsburg and Pittsburgh backstamps; the $1.30 wrapper has a clear self-adhesive corner mount stuck to the right side, but it doesn't really detract, Fine to Very Fine.
