1208 P 74TC3 image1861, 3¢ scarlet, trial color plate proof on India (Scott 74TC3), a great poor man's example of the rare completed trial color proof; gummed and perforated to resemble 74TC6, Very Fine appearance, with 1978 and 2016 P.F. certificates, which disagree about the identification of the stamp with the early certificate identifying the stamp as No. 74 and the later certificate reversing the original opinion.
