Ringuet, Chef de Zone de l'Enclave Lado, Cairo-Karthoum [sic]"; a three-paragraph message in a fine hand boldly signed "Ringuet"; postmarked Buta (the first Post Office the card reached, 19 Feb), Leopoldville (11 Mar) and Antwerp 11 Apr), Very Fine, with 1993 Belgian Congo Study Circle certificate.
