The labels promoted both the Summer Games in St. Moritz and the Winter Games in Helsinki. Both Games were originally to be held in Japan, but were moved following the outbreak of the second Sino-Japanese war. Ultimately, due to the outbreak of World War II, the Games were canceled outright and were not held again until 1948.
