Plate 2 strips were increased to $7500 while Plate 1 remained at $6750, and this has continued into the 2025 edition. We expect this may be an oversight, because the prices of singles from both plates are set at $3250. Any difference is not supported
by auction realisations, which actually suggest that Plate 1 strips deserve be priced higher. Stuart Hardy's similar strip (Lot 205) - unmounted but with perf separation - sold in 2013 for $3910. (Image1) (Image2)
