Large Coloured Flaw to Left of Upper Loop of '8' ACSC D10e, characteristic rough 'fluffy' perfs, slightly untidy Hobart 1903 cds cancel clear of the variety, Cat $700+ for singles (£380+ for normal singles). The ACSC states that the listed varieties
are unpositioned and that 'Varieties d and e are both in the third column of the right pane'; this block positions variety D10e in the ninth row, so it is now known to be located at [Pos L 9/3]. (Image1) (Image2)

1902-04 Completed Design Crown/NSW Watermark Perf 11½-12 4d dull green SG D26 Imperforate at Base ACSC D16b, manuscript indelible
pencil cancel, under-catalogued at $1000. The ACSC states that 'One example ... in the emerald shade from the base of the sheet is recorded; it bears a 'Pd' manuscript cancellation'. This is thus apparently only the second recorded example, and the
only one in 'dull green'. Compare the similar error on the 1d Perf 11 - also only one example recorded - which is priced at $3250. [We note that both errors are listed as 'mint', although the footnotes make it clear that both recorded examples have
manuscript cancels] (Image1)
