68 nh image1d red Die IIA Plate G punctured Small 'OS' ACSC 4(G)ba (SG O17e) complete sheet of 120 (12x10) with numerous varieties including Cracked Electro through 'O' of 'ONE' #4(G)d [L4; a very early state], White Flaw in Gulf of Carpentaria [L11; obstructed by a puncture hole], Land Bridge between Tasmania & First 'N' of 'PENNY' [L30], Mange on Kangaroo's Back [L40], Retouch to Left of 'AUSTRALIA' [R11], Cut-Throat Kangaroo [R12], Retouch to 'T' etc [R15], Cracked Electro - the "Big Crack - from Frame to U/L of First 'A' of 'AUSTRALIA' to Lower Frame below E' of 'ONE' Late State [R26], Break in R/H Frame opposite Top of Tasmania [R37], Vertical Scratch thru Last 'A' of 'AUSTRALIA' [R48] and Substituted Die II Cliché [R55] creating a setenant Die II-IIA Pair, other varieties as listed in the Handbook by Adams Bell & Pope, and both No Monogram strips of 3, some minor gum discolouration & creasing none of which impacts the very fine facial appearance or the key units [L4] [R26] and [R55-56], all units unmounted, Cat $37,500+, for the two No Monogram strips of 3, Cracked Electro through 'O' of 'ONE' (priced used only) and the other listed varieties (for mounted) plus 104 punctured 'OS' unmounted singles (Gibbons Cat £9000++, for 'OS' mounted singles x120). An exceptional survivor and probably the only complete Plate G punctured 'OS' sheet extant.
